Tenants need insurance too! If you are a renter and don’t have tenant insurance, you would be held responsible if your actions (i.e. left your bath tub running and it overflows) cause damage to your apartment, your neighbor’s apartment(s) or the apartment building itself. Tenant insurance covers losses to household contents and personal property and provides personal liability protection. |
